Delivery before Diwali

Orders placed by 25 October 2026, 11:59 PM IST usually arrive before Diwali (8 November). Delivery takes 4–7 business days from order confirmation. Our wall art, tapestries and backdrops are printed to order for you, and that time includes printing. Some remote pin codes are served only by India Post and can take 3–15 working days. Terms and conditions

1. Offer period. The Shubh Aarambh Utsav offer ("Offer") runs from 4 October 2026 to 23:59 IST on 25 October 2026. The Offer is run by AW Digital Ventures, trading as Atma Sanatan, on shop.atmasanatan.com only.
2. Cart value. The saving is based on the total value of the products in your cart, after any set (bundle) pricing and before any Cash on Delivery handling charge.
3. One saving per order. Only the single saving for your cart value applies; savings from different slabs do not add up. For example, a cart of ₹3,600 receives ₹400 off.
4. Automatic application. The saving is applied automatically at checkout and is shown before you pay. It cannot be claimed or added after an order has been placed.
5. No clubbing. The Offer cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotion. Set (bundle) prices are not discount codes, so sets are eligible. If another automatic promotion, such as our multibuy offer, gives a bigger saving on your cart, that saving applies instead.
6. Payment. Cash on Delivery is available only on orders below ₹1,000, where it is offered at checkout, and carries a ₹50 handling charge. Cash on Delivery orders may be verified by phone or OTP before dispatch.
7. Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing, if and only if the order has not gone into production yet. To cancel, email support@atmasanatan.com. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Damaged, defective or incorrect items. These are replaced free of charge, with the Offer saving unaffected. Claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery with an unboxing video, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
9. Partial refunds. If part of an order is refunded and the value of the products you keep falls below the slab you received, the saving is recalculated for the products you keep, and the difference is deducted from the refund.
10. Delivery timelines. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Festive volumes can cause courier delays, and an order cannot be cancelled because of a delay once it has gone into production.
11. Bulk and business orders. Bulk and business orders are welcome and receive the Offer saving like any other order. For large quantities, custom sizes or a quote, contact us on WhatsApp. We may cancel and refund orders placed with fraudulent details or payments.
12. No cash value. The saving has no cash value and is non-transferable, and it cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other benefit.
13. Pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect saving because of an error, we may cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid in full.
14. Changes. We may extend, modify or withdraw the Offer, or change these terms, at any time. Any change applies only to orders placed after it is published on this page.
15. Other terms. These terms apply together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If they conflict, these Offer terms apply to the Offer.
16. Governing law. The Offer is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. Questions and complaints. Write to support@atmasanatan.com. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.
