Shipping policy

We currently ship within India only.

Delivery timelines

Standard delivery — 4 to 7 business days. Free on all orders.
Rush delivery — 3 to 5 business days. ₹100.

Timelines are counted from the date your order is confirmed and include production. All items are printed to order.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed, occassional transit related delays can still occur.

Rush delivery — ₹100
Cash on Delivery — ₹50 handling charge

All charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

GST is not charged on shipping. We are not registered under the Goods and Services Tax Act as our turnover is below the registration threshold.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on serviceable pin codes. A handling charge of ₹50 applies and is added at checkout.

We may verify Cash on Delivery orders by phone or OTP before dispatch. Unverified orders may be cancelled.

Remote pin codes

Some pin codes are serviced only by India Post. Delivery to these locations can take 3 to 15 working days and tracking is limited. We will inform you if your order falls into this category.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Festival delivery

Order cut-off dates for delivery before major festivals are announced on our store and by email. Orders placed after the cut-off may not arrive before the festival.

Failed or refused deliveries

Once we hand a parcel to the courier, risk of loss passes to you.

Orders returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was refused, may require an additional shipping charge to be re-sent.
